Turkey Sandwich and Yogurt

Servings: 1, Time: 5 minutes,  Points: 4!

Ingredients:

  • 1 Weight Watchers Englich Muffin
  • 1 Laughing Cow, herb cheese wedge
  • 1 slice tomato
  • 1 handful red leaf lettuce
  • 5 slices Oscar Mayer low cal smoked turkey
  • 1 t. dijon mustard

1 Weight Watchers yogurt.

I like to toast the english muffin, that way the cheese slightly melts when you spread it. I also salt and pepper my tomato slice.
